Waste Management at Home and at School

Resource description: 
This lesson focuses on waste management in the Maldives. Students consider how waste is disposed at school and at home.

Find Out About Our Waste

Resource description: 
In this activity, students learn about waste management and the negative impacts of poor waste management. Students then conduct a waste audit at their school using a provided template.

Interpreting the Data from a School Waste Audit 

Resource description: 
In this activity, students collate and display data gained from a school waste audit. Students then draw conclusions from the data using a provided PMI sheet (plus, minus, interesting) and generate ideas for improving waste management at school.
