Lesson: Let’s Save Water

This lesson is designed to inform students about the environmental and monetary costs of water wastage. They will watch videos, discuss and create posters/present their work.
A trip to the wastewater treatment plant could also be conducted

Lesson: That Impossible! Just turn on the tap, right?

This lesson introduces students to the idea of thinking about how they use water and whether everyone in the world has the same access to water as they do. the teacher uses a PowerPoint presentation and there are group discussions and students work in group to make a presentation and present it to the class.
Water Calculator can be used but is in US measurements

Lesson: How do human activities affect water quality?

This lesson is designed for schools in Singapore. The teacher would need to adjust it to suit Tonga but many of the ideas can still be used. Singapore has a similar land area sizer to Tonga but has many rivers.
 
The Students could conduct the water quality testing experiments if alternative sampling locations could be found.
